Music Therapy meets monthly in 3 different locations around the Bay area. Music Therapy provides physical and mental stimulation. In this environment, the children and their parents sing songs, play simple instruments or clap rhythms. Research supports connections between speech and singing, rhythm and motor behavior as well as overall ability of music to enhance mood, attention and behavior to optimize the student’s ability to learn and interact.

Please note there are two classes in Foster City. This timeslot, 9:30am to 11:00am, is for children ages 0-6 yrs old.

Teacher: Nicole Patton, Board Certified Music Therapist

Location: St. Ambrose Episcopal Church, 900 Edgewater, Foster City

Registration is required for each class. Please register for this class by clicking the link above. If you have any questions, please contact Julie at julie@dsconnection.org.
